Last week (8th November) saw a number of WISC students present their latest research at a mini PhD conference at CUSP London - one WISC's numerous academic partners.  Teddy Cunningham, Aparajita Haldar and Ivana Tosheva each gave short presentations on privacy-preserving synthetic data generation, knowledge-enhanced graphs in multi-modal retrieval, and architecture and user preference in university learning spaces.  All the talks elicited a range of interesting questions and gave all students an opportunity to network in an informal and friendly setting.  We look forward to continuing our partnership with CUSP London over the next few years.
